No Return on Used Products

• Wrong item received
• Item is unused and in original packaging

Request Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product to request a return or refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders in Thailand, customers are encouraged to check the package upon delivery before accepting it.

If you refuse the package at delivery, no charges will apply.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

• We may offer a replacement or refund
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or agreed method
• Processing time: 3–7 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
